This place was absolutely mind-blowing! The apartment had everything we needed for a super stay - from the amazingly comfortable bed to the jaw-droppingly beautiful decor. The hosts were incredibly friendly and their communication was top-notch. We loved the free wi-fi and parking, as well as the convenience of the nearby train station and Hampton Court Palace. The electric kettle and cookware made it easy to prepare meals, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment. The laundry facilities were a bonus, and the express check-in/-out made our stay even more convenient. We also enjoyed the VIP treatment and the close proximity to outdoor activities like hiking, cycling, and canoeing. The nearby golf course and tennis court were an added bonus, and we even found time for some bowling. The outdoor dining area and picnic tables were perfect for enjoying meals in the fresh air. We appreciated the baby pushchair, playpen, and cots that were available, as well as the selection of board games. The luggage storage service was handy, and it was great to know that pets were allowed. And of course, the no smoking policy on the site was a breath of fresh air. We couldn't fault our stay at this place and can't wait to return.

The fully equipped kitchen was a life-saver! We managed to whip up a delicious dinner using the stovetop, refrigerator, and oven. It felt like we were master chefs in our own little culinary paradise. We even managed to conquer the dishwasher, which was a triumph in itself!
TV glitch.

The apartment is cozy and comfortable, making me feel right at home. The private entrance adds a touch of exclusivity and convenience. As a light sleeper, I had restful nights in the well-fitted bedrooms. The fully equipped kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals, including a dishwasher and washing machine. It made my life much easier, especially as someone who appreciates convenience. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment during downtime, and the proximity to the palace and train station made exploring the area a breeze. it was a delightful stay for me.
Personally, I found the stovetop a bit small, but I understand that it might not be an issue for others.

Our recent stay at the Hampton Court Snug was absolutely delightful. The beautifully decorated apartment had a unique charm and was surprisingly spacious. We loved the eco-friendly touches and clear instructions provided by the owners. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the train station and Hampton Court Palace. The communication with Betsy, the owner, was exceptional and we appreciated the personal touch of the welcome sign on the door. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the provision of books was a nice touch. We also enjoyed exploring the quirky nearby shops and the convenience of having breakfast options nearby. We would definitely recommend this place and even consider staying here when visiting London due to the frequent train service. a wonderful experience.
Although I must admit that I've been spoiled by other accommodations recently, I missed having a complimentary welcome pack or coffee/milk. Additionally, we had some trouble getting the TV to work initially, but it was a minor inconvenience and not a major issue.
